The way we meet our body, our desire, and our emotions shapes the world we experience.

Cognitive Compass offers one-on-one and small group work using somatic breathwork to help you move through what gets in the way of connection, pleasure, and feeling fully alive.

People come when anxiety lives in their body, when old patterns keep looping, when intimacy feels complicated, or when they know there’s more available than they’re currently touching.

We start with breath.

We use somatic breathwork to slow things down and work with whatever is present, tension, desire, emotion, or habit. You do the exploring. I stay present, illuminate what’s happening, and guide when needed.

This is practical, embodied work.

We use breath to move through the stuck places, soften self-criticism, and help you stay connected when intensity shows up, in your body, in your relationships, and in your sex life.

Breath first.

About The Work

This work is shaped by lived experience in recovery and years spent alongside people actively changing their lives. Breath, embodiment, and intimacy become practical tools, not concepts, for rebuilding trust in the body and staying present when things get charged.

A steady, grounded container supports exploration. Presence stays with what’s unfolding, illuminating what matters and guiding when it supports connection. The work lives in real moments, in breath, in sensation, and in the places where desire and awareness meet.

The work often moves through three doors.
