We’re here to help.

  • The coaching program is a month-to-month partnership focused on helping you understand and shift the thinking patterns behind maladaptive behaviors such as substance use, gambling, or emotional dysregulation. The group offering is a weekly space for mindful reflection, where stories and songs become a springboard to explore how your beliefs align—or don’t—with the life you want to live.

  • This work is for people who recognize that something in their life needs to change, but who haven’t found a home in traditional recovery settings like AA or NA. Whether you’re working through addiction, behavioral patterns, or a general sense of stuckness, Cognitive Compass is for those ready to step into something more structured, self-directed, and meaningful.

  • By identifying the distorted beliefs and thinking habits that keep you stuck, we create a plan rooted in daily practices, cognitive tools, and emotional regulation strategies. Together, we replace self-defeating cycles with intentional behaviors that align with your personal values and long-term vision — without shame or labels.

  • Cognitive Compass offers one-on-one, non 12 step recovery coaching, as well as a weekly group discussion series that uses fables and music as tools for personal reflection and growth.

  • Private clients receive four weekly one-hour coaching sessions (in person, by phone, or via Zoom), as well as access to a private online journal with 2 to 3 personalized written interactions each week for continued support and reflection.

Group participants gain access to a weekly guided discussion centered around music and fables, designed to foster insight and shared accountability.

  • Coaching is offered on a month-to-month basis, with a recommended minimum of three months to allow for sustainable change and integration.

  • The cost is $480 per month, which includes weekly sessions and ongoing written support.

A sliding scale is available if the full cost is prohibitive. Let’s have a conversation about what would work for you.
